When using the Oxford business-to-business websites (e.g., uhceservices.com, oxfordhealth.com), brokers and employers will see on the main login page that the reference to Optum ID has been changed to One Healthcare ID, beginning March 19, 2021.
What this means to you
If you are already registered on your Oxford website with an Optum ID, you do not need to take any action. Continue to use your current login ID (username) and password. The only difference for you is that these login credentials are now referred to as One Healthcare ID.
If you are not, yet, registered on your Oxford website, click Need to Register? and follow the prompts for creating a One Healthcare ID, formerly an Optum ID. Once you have completed the registration, you will begin using your new One Healthcare ID to access the website.
Our One Healthcare ID technology connects you with multiple online applications available for doing business with us using one login ID and password.
